The decentralized derivatives exchange Hyperliquid (HYPE) has surpassed Robinhood in trading volume for three consecutive months.
On the 26th (KST), the cryptocurrency-focused media outlet CryptoSlate, citing DefiLlama data, reported that in July, Hyperliquid recorded a total trading volume of $330.8 billion, combining spot and perpetual futures. During the same period, Robinhood's total trading volume was $237.8 billion.
Hyperliquid began surpassing Robinhood's trading volume starting in May. Hyperliquid recorded $256.0 billion in May and $231.0 billion in June, outperforming Robinhood, which reported $192.0 billion and $193.0 billion, respectively, during the same periods.
