The U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that the global tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump are unlawful.

On the 30th (local time), according to the Kobeisy Letter, the U.S. Court of Appeals found that President Trump's imposition of global tariffs "exceeded his authority" and was unlawful.

However, the appeals court allowed all tariff measures to remain in effect while the case is reviewed by a higher court. Therefore, the existing tariff measures will remain in effect until October 14.

Regarding this ruling, Trump said, "With the help of the U.S. Supreme Court, we will use tariffs for the benefit of the country," expressing his intention to appeal to the Supreme Court. Accordingly, the final conclusion is expected to come from the Supreme Court.
