On the 1st (KST), according to UBlockchain, Sonic Labs passed its first governance proposal to enter the U.S. traditional capital markets.
Under this governance proposal, Sonic Labs will pursue exchange-traded products (ETPs) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track the underlying Sonic (S) token, and will support the Sonic token treasury of a Nasdaq-listed company. Sonic Labs also plans to establish a U.S. corporation, Sonic USA.
Custody required for these plans will be handled by BitGo.
