This measure to establish a dedicated bank account hotline was prepared to resolve difficulties users may face when linking real-name bank accounts. Accordingly, going forward, Bithumb customers will be able to receive 24-hour consultations through the dedicated customer center or Bithumb's official KakaoTalk channel when complaints related to KB Kookmin Bank accounts arise, such as ▲ linking new and existing accounts ▲ Bithumb trading restrictions due to account opening limitations ▲ Korean won deposit/withdrawal restriction issues.
A Bithumb representative said, "We opened a dedicated reception channel to reduce the inconveniences customers may experience when linking bank accounts," and added, "We will do our best to improve convenience so that customers do not face difficulties in any situation."
