On the 6th (local time), Eric Balchunas, a Bloomberg analyst, said on X, "Although Strategy met all the requirements, it was not included in the S&P500 index because the committee responsible for calculating the index rejected it."
He added, "The S&P500 is, in fact, a kind of active fund in which a committee that operates in secret actively selects the stocks."
