Decentralized perpetual futures exchange Hyperliquid announced it will launch a dedicated stablecoin USDH, drawing significant attention. In particular, the process attracted interest as various stablecoin infrastructures such as Paxos, Frax, and Agora formed a competitive structure over issuance rights. USDe issuer Etena (ENA) has also hinted at joining.
