The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s virtual-asset (cryptocurrency) task force (TF) reportedly met with Sui (SUI) developer Mysten Labs.
On the 11th (local time), Cointelegraph reported via X that "On the 9th the SEC met with Sui developer Mysten Labs and discussed regulation of the virtual-asset market."
The SEC virtual-asset TF has been steadily engaging in discussions with the industry. Earlier, in late May, it met with Kraken to discuss tokenization and staking services.
