According to Kaito's Token Mindshare (an AI-based Web3 search platform Kaito's metric that quantifies the influence of specific tokens within the virtual asset (cryptocurrency) market) top gainer, as of the 13th the top five crypto-related keywords people are most interested in are Solana (SOL), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Polymarket, and Polygon (POL).
Solana has attracted attention by overtaking Binance Coin (BNB) on CoinMarketCap to rank fifth in virtual asset market capitalization amid its recent steady uptrend. Solana's market cap is about 132.1 billion dollars, and Binance Coin's is about 128.9 billion dollars. Meanwhile, Solana is trading on CoinMarketCap at 243.64 dollars, up 2.88% from the previous day.
Ethereum drew attention as large amounts of funds flowed into U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs the previous day. A net inflow of 402,270,000 dollars (about 560.7 billion won) flowed into U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs the previous day. This is the fourth consecutive trading day of net inflows. The product that attracted the most funds that day was Fidelity FETH, which saw an inflow of 168,230,000 dollars. BlackRock ETHA also recorded a net inflow of 162,270,000 dollars. Meanwhile, Ethereum is currently trading on CoinMarketCap at 4754.97 dollars, up 5.17% from the previous day.
Tether drew investor attention today after Paolo Ardoino, the CEO, announced the launch of the U.S.-based stablecoin USAT. Bo Hines, a former White House staffer, is expected to serve as USAT's CEO, and through this they plan to officially enter the U.S. market.
Polymarket is reportedly considering re-entering the U.S., drawing attention. According to Business Insider, Polymarket is seeking a return to the U.S. alongside new fundraising. The funding size is reported to be more than three times the $1 billion valuation assessed in June. Meanwhile, Business Insider also reported that Polymarket's corporate value is expected to reach up to $10 billion.
Polygon is believed to have seen an increase in mentions after Coinbase announced it will convert all MATIC, including staking assets, into the Polygon ecosystem token POL from October 14 to 17. Polygon is currently trading on CoinMarketCap at 0.2774 dollars, up 2.35% from the previous day.
Investors also appear to be interested in OWNAI, Binance Coin, Pudgy Penguins (PENGU), Groyper (GROYPER), and Pepe (PEPE).
