Solana(SOL) spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) issuers have simultaneously submitted amendments to the registration statement (S-1) to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and there are prospects that approval could be possible within two weeks.
On the 27th (local time), Nate Geraci, chairman of NovadiousWells, said, "Today, S-1 amendments for the Solana spot ETF were submitted in succession. The Solana spot ETF will be approved within two weeks," he predicted.
The asset managers that submitted the amendments are Franklin Templeton, Fidelity, CoinShares, Bitwise, Grayscale, VanEck, Canary, and others. The amendments are reported to also include staking-related content.
