An executive of cryptocurrency exchange Bitget predicted that the altcoin season expected by the market will be difficult to come.
On the 2nd (local time), according to Cointelegraph, Bugar Ushi Zade, Bitget's Chief Operating Officer (COO), said at the Token2049 conference held in Singapore, "I don't think an alt season is coming," adding, "The phenomenon of all assets simply rising because it's an alt season will no longer occur."
Ushi Zade pointed out, "There is no logical basis for prices to rise simply for timing reasons when there has been no technical progress or new achievements in projects." He added, "It is difficult to expect a large surge."
