On the 6th (local time), according to OnChainLens, a Gnosis Safe proxy wallet recently transferred 11.67 million ONDO (about $10.87 million) to an exchange, of which 3.89 million ONDO (about $3.63 million) was sent to Arthur Hayes' Bybit wallet address.
