As Binance's futures trading volume exceeded 2 trillion dollars in October, analyses suggest that speculative trading and inflows of institutional funds are becoming active again in the derivatives market.

On the 24th (local time), Arab Chain, a CryptoQuant author, reported: "As of October 2025, Binance's total futures trading volume was 2.002 trillion dollars, surpassing the previous month (1.95 trillion dollars). Bitcoin (BTC) futures trading volume was 543.3 billion dollars, accounting for 27.17% of the total, exceeding both September (418 billion dollars) and August (542 billion dollars)."

He added, "This shows that institutional investors and short-term traders' willingness to participate in the futures market is strengthening. In particular, the fact that trading volume is maintaining above 2 trillion dollars is a signal that investor confidence has recovered and that market momentum remains strong," and he forecasted, "If rising funding rates and expansion of open interest (Open Interest) accompany this, large traders and institutional capital are likely to flow in fully, increasing the likelihood that Bitcoin will enter a medium-term bullish phase."
