Real estate investment company Cardone Capital has purchased Bitcoin (BTC). This move takes them a step closer to launching an investment product that combines real estate and Bitcoin, as previously announced.
On the 23rd (KST), Grant Cardone, CEO of Cardone Capital, stated on X (formerly Twitter), "We acquired an additional 1,000 Bitcoin," adding, "With this, Cardone Capital has become the first real estate investment company integrated with a Bitcoin strategy."
He also remarked, "This year, we will further acquire 3,000 Bitcoin and 5,000 real estate units."
Earlier in May, Cardone Capital launched the dual-asset fund '10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund,' comprising 346 residential units in Miami, Florida, and $15 million worth of Bitcoin. Currently, Cardone Capital owns a total of 14,200 real estate units and 500,000 square feet of Class A office space.
